After Isla Flora confirms availability and you approve your package, a secure payment request for 50% of the total is sent to you. Your deposit allows us to reserve the date and begin securing the services, materials, and partners included in your plan.
How it works
A clear path from inquiry to reservation.
No payment is collected when you submit the event planner. Payment begins only after availability, services, and pricing have been reviewed with you.
Submit your request
Tell us your date, location, guest count, services, and event priorities.
Approve the proposal
We confirm availability and send the package details and total for your approval.
Pay 50% securely
Use the individualized payment link in your Isla Flora invoice to pay the required deposit.
Your date is reserved
After successful payment, we confirm the reservation and begin securing your event details.
Secure checkout
Use the link in your invoice.
Each approved event receives its own secure payment link with the correct deposit amount. Open that link, review the invoice, and choose from the payment methods available at checkout.
Remaining balance
The final 50% is paid later.
Your proposal or invoice will state when the remaining balance is due. Isla Flora will send the balance payment request separately so you always know exactly what is owed and when.

Can I pay before my date is approved?
No. Please wait for Isla Flora to confirm availability and send your individualized invoice.
Does submitting the planner reserve my date?
No. The planner starts the review process; the approved date is reserved after the required deposit is received.
Will I receive proof of payment?
Yes. A payment confirmation is provided after a successful online payment.
